Jim Wiederhold, Executive Coach

A natural born mentor, Jim founded Wiederhold & Associates 25 years ago with the singular goal to offer senior healthcare executives a profound coaching, transition/transformation outplacement and on boarding experience that would propel them to the next level professionally. During his tenure, he has assisted more than 1,500 C-level and VP executives to successfully enhance their leadership skill sets, master increased emotional intelligence and professionally network at the level to which they aspire.


Kevin H. Mosser, MD

Kevin’s diverse career in health care has engendered a passion for developing physicians and executives to their full potential both as professionals and as healthy, resilient individuals.

Prior to joining SixSEED Partners as a strategic advisor, his background includes experience in the private practice of Family Medicine, teaching and developing educational experiences in a residency program, developing, as chief executive, the infrastructure of a medical group as it grew from 20 to nearly 200 physicians, being CEO of an 85- bed community hospital which achieved national recognition, and leading a multi-hospital system, first as COO and subsequently as CEO of WellSpan Health. During his tenure at WellSpan, the system grew from a $1 billion in revenue, 2 hospital system with 400 physicians to a $2.7 billion in revenue, 8 hospital system with more than 1200 employed providers. The system successfully acquired and integrated four heath systems into its enterprise in the last five years.


Larry McEvoy, MD

In a new-rules world, conventional approaches don’t work well enough. Amid all the talk of disruption, adaptation, agility, sustainability, engagement and innovation, Larry helps leaders and executive teams turn the question, “How, exactly?” into practical answers. Years as an emergency physician taught Larry about performance in the midst of chaos and duress. He now focuses on the system design of leadership, innovation and vigor. The universal challenge is to build work communities of performance, learning and vitality. He helps leaders do that. 

Larry taps his dual background as an emergency physician and CEO to work with high-leverage individuals and teams to foster environments defined by high-performance results, rapid and diffuse learning across large numbers of people, and the vitality to keep people committing, innovating and returning.

Sometimes this work is 1:1 coaching for leaders who seek exponential contribution; other times it’s for executive teams who have discovered that there’s more leadership leverage out there that they want to access. And still other times, it’s designing a leadership strategy that helps an organization foster leadership that can drive complex, adaptive and sustainable function.
